Karla Day leads TONE a powerful, total body muscle toning class. Using free weights, body weight, abdominal work and a nice stretch to finish it up! This class is held Monday and Wednesday at 6:30 am & Saturdays at 7:00 am.
TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING is an amazing 30-minute class led by Kimberlee Tedesco. A totally effective workout without the sweaty mess! This class is held on Mondays and Thursdays at 11:30 am.
