CARDIO BUNGEE Session!

Cardio Bungee energizes participants with an exhilarating blend of cardio fitness and aerial movement. Experience a dynamic workout that combines the thrill of bouncing and flying, all while safely harnessed and supported. Elevate your fitness routine with this fun and invigorating class designed to boost endurance, strength, and coordination.

Your registration will include a full month of classes, allowing you the opportunity to gain confidence and comfort with each experience.

Class is Tuesdays at 6:30 PM.

Each class will last approximately one hour, with breaks to catch your breath

Cost is $59/month.

The Bungee Experience ~ A single Class

Aerial Bungee inspires participants to play with movement with a fun mix of fitness and flight. Take a journey in flight safely harnessed and secure.

This experience will last one hour, and the cost is $20 per person.

VIRTUAL STRENGTH TRAINING: Enhance muscle strength and endurance, increases metabolism, improve body composition, and boost overall fitness in this class held virtually from the convenience and comfort of your home. Held Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 6:00 AM via Zoom.

ZUMBA FITNESS: Inspired by Latin American music, Zumba involves elements of aerobics, dance and fitness. Incorporating music from dance styles including salsa, merengue, tango, cumbia and more. An excellent class for any who loves to dance. Held Mondays and Wednesdays at 5:30 PM

ZUMBA TONING: This class blends traditional Zumba's fun with strength training using lightweight toning sticks. This engaging workout improves muscle strength and endurance through dance routines, targeting overall body conditioning. Held Mondays and Wednesdays at 9:00 AM

STRONG: a dynamic fitness class combining strength training and high-intensity cardio to enhance overall fitness. It emphasizes compound movements for muscle endurance and cardiovascular health. With functional exercises and modifications for all levels, STRONG promotes strength and stability. The supportive environment encourages participants to push their limits and foster community. Join STRONG to reach your health goals. Held Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30 PM, and Saturdays at 8:00 AM

Karla Day leads TONE a powerful, total body muscle toning class.  Using free weights, body weight, abdominal work and a nice stretch to finish it up!  This class is held Monday and Wednesday at 6:30 am & Saturdays at 7:00 am.

TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING is an amazing 30-minute class led by Kimberlee Tedesco. A totally effective workout without the sweaty mess!  This class is held on Mondays and Thursdays at 11:30 am.
