Team Options to Suit Every Athlete from Ages 3 to 16 !
Tiny Competition Team
Our Tiny Competition Team is for kids ages 3-5 and runs from September to February. While we suggest taking one or more Tiny Prep Sessions, it's not mandatory. The team will participate in 3- 4 events within a 1.5-hour drive.
Cheer and tumbling programs for kids aged 3-5 offer numerous benefits that extend beyond physical activity. These classes help young children develop essential coordination, balance, flexibility, and strength, laying a foundation for their growth and motor skills. In addition, cheer encourages teamwork, allowing little ones to engage with their peers, fostering socialization, improving communication skills, and boosting their confidence. The structured environment of these classes promotes discipline and commitment, teaching valuable life skills that will benefit them in the future. With fun and engaging activities, children not only learn the fundamentals of cheer but also gain important tools for personal development.

Elite All-Stars
This team is best for athletes 7-16 years old, who are totally committed to cheer, love to tumble, want to work hard, be competitive and are willing to travel.
Join our Elite All-Star Cheer program for a year-round competitive experience that blends heart-pounding excitement with a supportive and fun atmosphere! Whether you’re a seasoned competitor or eager to elevate your skills, this program is designed for the dedicated cheerleader ready to take their passion to the next level. Embrace the challenge, build lasting friendships, and show off your talent as part of a dynamic team!
General Info:
Open to Birth Years 2009-2019 (ages 7-16)
The season runs June through May
Athletes will have 2 scheduled practices per week plus a tumbling class included in monthly fees.
June – August: practice will be Tues and Thurs
Sept – April: practice will be Sat & Thurs
Additional practices may be added, if necessary, prior to a competition
Will Attend 5-7 competitions (Max 3-hour radius), plus Summit Nationals WHEN team earns a bid, (will require additional fees and travel costs).
This team, open to ages 6-9, is perfect for anyone interested in a shorter commitment, new athletes just getting started in cheer or simple want try it on for a bit to see if it’s a fit!
Competitive Rec
Experience the excitement of our Winter Competitive Rec Cheer program! This welcoming opportunity is perfect for beginners or those looking for a shorter season. Competitions take place in Vermont and New York, allowing athletes to connect with fellow cheerleaders while competing in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. Join us to experience the joy of cheerleading!

We strive to provide consistent rules and safety guidelines, drive competitive excellence and promote a positive image for the sport. The USASF credentials coaches, certifies legality officials and sanctions events - all with the goal to provide the safest possible environment in which athletes may train and compete.
